The VantagePoint Remote Controlled LED Light features remote-control operation to operate the light with the quick touch of a button! The remote control acts as a control center, operating the light's full complement of features up to 130 feet (40m) away from the light. Built tough with a die-cast magnesium lamp head and impact resistant polycarbonate lens, for reliable FRC performance and quality. Sixteen (16) ultra-bright white LEDs provide long life for the most challenging applications. With a continous 360° horizontal rotation (clockwise and counterclockwise), plus an vertical tilt of 70° upwards and 45° downwards, this versatile light allows for maximum pan-tilt motion. Equipped with a flashing alert feature, which warns on-coming vehicles or pedestrians of an active work environment. This feature can be critical when used with emergency service vehicles to warn against hazards or to signal that assistance is required.
An FRC, model XE-LED400-A06-B (Black) VantagePoint™ LED Remote Controlled LED light shall include (1) one lamphead, (2) two remote controls, required mounting hardware and user guide. The lamphead shall include 16 LEDs that are 5 watts each for a total of 80 watts. It shall have a beam angle of 10 degrees, generating 6,700 raw lumens with a beam distance of 2,300ft (700m). The lamphead shall operate in a continuous 360º horizontal rotation (both clockwise and counter clockwise) and shall have a vertical tilt of 70° upwards and 45° downwards for a pan-tilt motion. The lamphead shall automatically return to forward facing stow position when turned off. An alert mode shall be included to provide a flashing light warning for safety purposes.
The operating voltage shall be 12VDC or 24VDC with a current draw of 4.2 amps or 2.11amps and 62W of effective power. The VantagePoint shall operate via the remote control for distances up to 130 feet (40m). Each of the two supplied remote controls shall include an A23 type alkaline battery. The compact lamphead shall be 9.3” (236mm) wide; the base width shall be 7.9” (200mm) wide, and the lamphead shall be 9.6” (244mm) high. The lamphead shall be constructed of light weight, die-cast magnesium alloy and the bracket/base shall be made of UV-rated impact resistant polycarbonate.
The operating temperatures shall be between -4°F (−20°C) and 122°F (50°C), and storage temperatures shall be between −22°F (−30°C) and 167°F (75°C). The unit shall be non-condensing, waterproof, and rated to IP67. The LED housing shall provide permanent or temporary (magnetic) mounting options. The LED Light housing shall weigh 7 pounds (3.2 kg) and the complete package shall weigh less than 8 pounds (3.6 kg).
