SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We ship items within one (1) business day of receiving your order, excluding holidays and weekends.  If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us prior to purchasing.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

To request a return for an item, please contact sales@northridgefire.com with your order number and specific reason for returning the item. After reviewing your order, a RMA number may be given to you as a reference.  Please carefully secure the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (reciept or printed e-mail notification), and mail your returned item to:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will evaluate and process your returned item(s).  If the item is accepted, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount. Please allow up to three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pump Engine Parts
