1 Shipping & Returns
1.1 Does North Ridge Fire Equipment accept returns?

We accept returns on most items (excluding small engine parts, pump parts, and electrical components).  However, the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.  To ensure that you are purchasing the correct item, please contact us if you have any questions.  We are here to help you find the right product, and can be reached by phone during business hours, or by e-mail at sales@northridgefire.com.

1.2 If I order today, will my item ship the same day?

Most online orders placed by 12:00pm (MST), Monday-Friday will ship out the same day when choosing USPS shipping methods, and if placed by 2:30pm (MST) can ship the same day via UPS.  Certain circumstances may prevent same-day shipping, but we strive to provide you the fastest order processing possible!

1.3 If I order online, can I pick up my order at the store location?

Absolutely!  Free in-store pickup is available for all online orders.  Simply choose "Pickup in store" as the shipping method, and we will have your item(s) available for pickup within 1-hour of the time your order confirmation is received.
