The Ninja Mask is a flame-resistant cloth face covering designed to reduce the volume of bio-aerosols that get put into the air from breathing, sneezing or coughing while also providing short term thermal protection to the nose, mouth and lower face.
The fabric, fit and construction are a ‘filter efficiency balance’ that is porous enough to allow for acceptable breathing, while also providing some physical resistance to bio-aerosols to help reduce the community transmission of airborne pathogens.

This item meets the performance specification ASTM F1506-18 which is the Standard Performance Specification for Flame Resistant and Electric Arc Rated Protective Clothing Worn by Workers Exposed to Flames and Arcs. This specification is called out in OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462.
Meets NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Arc Flash PPE Category 2 or “CAT 2” with an Arc Rating (ATPV) = 8 cal/cm2
This garment is constructed from arc and flame resistant fabric and components in a facility with audited quality controls. It will resist ignition and not continue to burn when the ignition source is removed. This garment is not intended for fire fighting activities and provides no protection from chemical exposure. This garment will maintain its flame resistant properties for the life of the garment provided wash and care instructions are followed.
The mask is intended to create a physical barrier between the wearer and the immediate environment. It is not intended to offer protection found in respirators and N95 masks.
